Where is Home Delivery offered?

Home Delivery is available to residential street addresses within a 10 mile radius of Earth Pets Natural Pet Market. Check your address for Home Delivery eligibility.

What days do you deliver?

Home Delivery is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, excluding major holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas).

What are your delivery hours?

Orders are only delivered on Tuesdays and Thursdays, between 2:00PM and 7:00PM.*

What is the order cutoff time for Home Delivery?

All orders received by 2:00 PM on a regular business day, Monday through Friday, will be delivered on the next dedicated delivery day (Tuesday or Thursday, whichever comes first) by 7:00PM.

What if I place my order after the cutoff time?

Any delivery orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on the weekend, will be delivered the following, non-holiday delivery day (usually Tuesday or Thursday) by 7:00 PM.*

How much does Home Delivery cost?

Home Delivery is FREE for all purchases over $150.00. Otherwise purchases between $25-$149.99 cost $6.99 to be delivered.

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

Yes, orders must be $25.00 or more.

Do I have to be home?

No. We will always knock or ring the bell when arriving with your order. If no one is home, we will place all items neatly and near the front door, as hidden as possible, unless you have provided special instructions during checkout.

Do you deliver frozen raw food or treats?

Yes. Frozen product is eligible for delivery. It is your responsibility to be timely with receiving your order. We recommend leaving an ice chest on your porch if you will be away.

How do I order?

 All orders must be placed on our website. Select your closest location.  Please select Home Delivery during checkout.

Do my online orders qualify for your Frequent Buyer programs?

Yes. All orders placed through our website automatically earn loyalty points. Eligible food purchases will also receive frequent buyer benefits. If you are due for your free product it will be delivered with your next purchase. Free product cannot be delivered without a $25 or more purchase.

How do I return something purchased online?

All returns must be processed in person at Earth Pets Natural Pet Market at 500 NW 60th Gainesville, FL. Please review our full policy here.
